In 2013, Norths Basketball became the first association in New South Wales to reach 5,000 registered members.

This achievement is about more than a number. It represents thousands of people coming together through a shared love of basketball.

From first-time ballers to lifelong members, representative athletes to social players, coaches to officials, every member has helped shape the Norths story.

As the first association in NSW to reach 5,000 members, we're proud to celebrate this milestone and recognise the people who made it possible. The names below represent our first 5,000 members and a moment in Norths history that will be remembered for years to come.

13 years ago, we put this recognition award up, next to our 5,000 member wall and kept it there for 13 years. As we are aiming for 10,000 members - we wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of NSBA.
