Arnie Selvarajah is Co-CEO of Bell Financial Group with senior leadership experience at Bell Direct, Commonwealth Bank
and Bankers Trust. 

Formerly NSBA’s Finance Director, he now serves as President and is passionate about collaboration, listening and fostering growth in the Norths community.

Vice President

Craig Kesby is Co-CEO of
Inauro and has senior leadership experience at Kennards and Ericsson Australia. He and his family are actively involved in Norths as players, referees, coaches and team managers. Craig is passionate about supporting referees, enhancing game-day experiences and gaining facility access to grow opportunities for all.

Finance Director

Chris Stauber brings over two decades of leadership experience, having previously held the position of Director at Macquarie Bank. A former Sydney Kings NBL championship player, he has returned to Norths as a coach, winning the 2022 Junior Coach of the Year award.

Chris is passionate about developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game. Chris has gone on to establish his own coaching enterprise, Box Out Academy.

Renae Garlepp is a former Australian Opal and WNBL champion who played over a decade professionally in
Australia and Europe. 

Now an accomplished coach, she has led Norths to an NBL1 championship, earned two NBL1 Coach of the Year awards, and serves as Head Coach of the Australian Gems.

Director

Rachel Higgisson is an Associate at Infrastructure & Development Consulting and a long-time Norths basketball member. A former Youth and Waratah League player, she has coached championship teams across Youth League, Waratah, and NBL1 and is now Assistant Coach of the Norths NBL1 Women’s team.

John Lepouris is a solicitor
with a background in economics and experience founding and running successful businesses, including Against the Grind café in Neutral Bay. A lifelong basketball enthusiast, he began playing basketball at Rooftop in the 1990s and now serves as an NSBA Director, combining his legal and business expertise
with his passion for the game.
