Stadium Experience Manager. 

Full-time - Senior Manager

A senior customer service manager with experience leading a small front-of-house team. You not only like working with customers; you lurve it.

The role also involves scheduling of venue hire and maintenance bookings as well as our food and beverage sales. This position is part of our senior management team. 

The focus is on making sure our customers have the best experience possible while they’re here. This includes how they are greeted, the stadium’s condition, and ensuring our environment is safe and inclusive. 

This role is perfect for people currently working as a gym manager, restaurant manager, RSL manager, hotel manager or similar.

*Previous basketball association experience is not required, but a love for the game is.

  • HIGH PERFORMANCE & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

    FULL-TIME ROLE

    Norths Basketball is on the hunt for a dynamic individual to fill our exciting new full time role of the High Performance and Development Administrator.

    The High Performance and Development Administrator role will provide administrative support and coordination for our Representative and Development Programs. Within the Basketball Operations department, you will manage registrations and operations for Rep Programs, School Holiday and After School Programs, and be involved in NBL1 events.

    PART-TIME ROLE

    Norths Basketball is looking for an individual with a vision to deliver a best practice officiating program in the part-time role of Officials Program Manager.

    The focus of the Officials Program Manager role is to develop and implement our annual Officials plan, and to foster a high-performance culture along with building a diverse, inclusive environment where all referees feel a strong sense of belonging. We are looking for someone that is motivated to lead best practice Referee development and mentoring programs recognised for emphasis on pathway development, education, innovation, quality and community.

  • GAME DAY COORDINATORS

    CASUAL ROLE (MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

    Norths Basketball is seeking casual Game Day Coordinators for the 2024 domestic competitions!

    Game Day Coordinators will ensure the effective running of our domestic competition game days to create an even playing field that reduces game conflict and increases player, member and spectator enjoyment.

    We are looking for people who like the technical aspects of the game or wants to learn them, possesses natural people management skills and are confident when handling conflict.
