BOOKING POLICY AT NSISC
Northern Suburbs Basketball Inc. (NSBA) now leases North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, we have revised the procedure for payments of all bookings at NSISC. The new payment process will apply immediately for all bookings and impact upon both permanent and casual bookings. As you currently have a permanent booking with NSISC, you are recieving this email so you are aware of the changes that have been put in place as of April 1st, 2005. Guiding principal Cancellation policy As a result of this policy, members who do not pay for the courts at the time of booking will not have them reserved and will have to take a chance on the courts being available. People who book for several weeks, (sessions) in advance will have to pay for all the weeks / sessions they wish to secure. Large value bookings, (in excess of $ 1,000 total value) which involved court hire in more than one month may be accepted, (subject to NSBA management's approval) and will involve a statement being issued for each month's activity at the start of that month, which the client has to settle in full prior to the first hire of the month in question. Account holders, (mainly schools) will be sent an invoice at the time their booking is made and will be required to settle it in full within 30 days, our cancellation policy will apply with regards to any subsequent refunds they wish to recover. Only NSBA full time employees can make bookings on behalf of the Association without paying for them at the time of making the booking. Casual, (not pre booked) hire or usage must be paid for before commencement of usage of the facility. |
